What does the Funding Programme Offer?

You can to ask questions, learn more about scientific research and understand more about how science works.

In joint workshops, we explore questions such as what paths or careers there are in science, how you can plan such a path and what you need to bear in mind. The programme is designed to help you develop scientific skills so that you can work independently in research and score points in academic projects. In addition, your self-confidence in dealing with scientific competences will be strengthened. You will receive helpful support from mentors from the research training group.

For the duration of the project, you will be financially compensated as an assistant (3 hours per week).

By patricipating in this programme, you will have the opportunity to build your own network of experts through the contact persons, from which you can also benefit beyond the programme.

In addition to the possibility of being offered a research assistant position in the research training group or the school and the prospect of a future doctoral position in the research training group, participation in this programme also increases the attractiveness of your CV for future employment.

In the group, you decide how you want to reflect on your time at her.culis and make your experiences accessible to others. This could be, for example, designing posters, writing a blog entry or recording a podcast episode. It's all up to you.
